Unfuture brings AI into the everyday work of mid-market companies. We connect strategy, enablement, platform rollout, and our own AI systems — not as separate disciplines, but as one end-to-end responsibility.
Alongside client projects, we build our own products in the Venture Studio. That keeps us close to real processes, real users, and the technical questions that start after the first prototype.
About the role
We're looking for someone who sees AI transformation not as a slide deck, but as a change to how work, systems, and responsibilities are set up.
As an AI Consultant, you work closely with clients: you shape target pictures, identify use cases, facilitate workshops, and guide delivery until the first results show up in everyday work.
Your responsibilities
- Developing AI strategies that fit the client's organization, data situation, and business model
- Analyzing business processes and identifying AI use cases
- Running workshops, training, and decision formats around AI
- Guiding the implementation of AI solutions and the change processes that come with them
- Advising on data strategy, AI governance, and compliance
What you bring
- A completed degree in business, science, or engineering
- Solid hands-on experience with generative AI, especially language models
- Ideally experience running workshops, talks, or consulting engagements
- A structured way of working, a professional presence, and good people skills
- Fluent German and English, plus the ability to make complex topics clear
Your opportunity
You work directly with the founders and take on responsibility early. Alongside client projects, we build our own products as startups — with the option to take an entrepreneurial stake in the right opportunities.
Location
We work hybrid and are building teams in Hamburg and Bielefeld. You should be able to work on-site in one of these cities and enjoy regular team meetings.
