Unfuture brings AI into the everyday work of mid-market companies. We connect strategy, enablement, platform rollout, and our own AI systems — not as separate disciplines, but as one end-to-end responsibility.
Alongside client projects, we build our own products in the Venture Studio. That keeps us close to real processes, real users, and the technical questions that start after the first prototype.
About the role
We're looking for a talent who wants to take on responsibility early and learn AI transformation from real practice.
You work on client projects, workshops, research, and internal products. Along the way, you learn how a use case becomes a solid plan, and how a plan becomes a system in production.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting AI transformation projects at mid-market companies
- Preparing and following up on AI workshops and training
- Helping develop AI strategies
- Helping build our internal organization and supporting client acquisition
- Helping build our software products and internal ways of working
What you bring
- You're studying business, science, or engineering
- Experience with generative AI, especially language models
- Ideally some experience running workshops and presentations (e.g. as a tutor)
- A structured way of working, punctuality, and a professional presence
- Fluent German and English
Your opportunity
You work directly with the founders and get insight into consulting, product development, and marketing. What matters is that you work precisely, learn fast, and take responsibility seriously.
Location
We work hybrid and are building teams in Hamburg and Bielefeld. You should be able to work on-site in one of these cities and enjoy regular team meetings.
